PHASE 1
Discover

1. Discovery Call & Needs Assessment
A short call or office visit to learn your must-haves, budget, timeline, and whether you own land, are still shopping, or need help finding it.

2. Land & Site Evaluation
Have land? We visit to confirm placement and give you a written estimate for clearing, access, utilities, and grading that can roll into financing. No land yet? Our Land Specialist helps you find a buildable lot first.

PHASE 2
Design & Commit
​
3. Financing Pre-Qualification
We point you to the right lender for VA, USDA, FHA, or conventional loans, including help with existing land or mobile-home debt, so you design within a real budget.
​
4. Guided Design Session
A dedicated selections appointment in our showroom: ceiling height, garage, porch, fireplace, roofline, and name-brand finishes. You leave with a written spec sheet.

5. Fixed-Price Contract
Once your selections are final, your price is locked and guaranteed in writing.

PHASE 3
Build
​
6. Permits & Pre-Construction Walk-Through
We pull permits, assign your construction manager as your one point of contact, and walk your site with you before we break ground.
​
7. Construction Updates & Milestone Walk-Throughs
Photo or video updates at each milestone and a weekly check-in, plus walk-throughs before drywall and after cabinets, so you see the bones of your home before they’re covered.

PHASE 4
Home
​
8. Final Walk-Through & Orientation
An unhurried walk of your finished home before closing. We show you the HVAC, water heater, breaker panel, and warranty items, and finish any punch-list items.
​
9. Closing & Move-In
Keys in hand at closing, plus a welcome packet with your warranty terms, maintenance schedule, and who to call for what.

10. Warranty & Check-Ins
Every home has a 2-10 structural warranty: 1 year on workmanship, 2 years on systems, and 10 years on structure. We also check in at 30, 90, and 365 days.
