Holmes, Florida
Home Builder

Holmes County sits on the Alabama line in the Florida Panhandle, a rural place of farms, small churches and wooded creeks. Bonifay is the county seat, and Esto, Noma, Ponce de Leon and Westville are among its small towns. Ponce de Leon Springs State Park and the Choctawhatchee River offer swimming and paddling, and I-10 crosses the southern part of the county.

Many homesites here are acreage tracts that rely on a well and septic system, and properties near the Choctawhatchee or its tributaries can fall within mapped flood areas. Quality Family Homes visits your land, sizes a design to fit it, and submits plans to Holmes County for permitting. We then coordinate subcontractors, materials and inspections through completion.
