Leon, Florida
Home Builder

Leon County is home ground for Quality Family Homes. Tallahassee, the state capital and county seat, is ringed by communities such as Bradfordville, Chaires, Woodville and Miccosukee, where canopy roads roll under live oaks and Spanish moss. North of the city the land turns to red clay hills and old plantations; to the south it flattens into sandier soil near the Apalachicola National Forest, with Lake Jackson and Lake Talquin close by.

Because we work here every week, we know how differently a lot in the northern hills behaves compared with a parcel near Woodville. Slopes, tree protection rules and stormwater design can all affect where the house sits, and many rural lots still need a well and septic. We evaluate the site, adapt the plan to it, take care of permitting with the city or county as needed, and oversee the build from start to finish.
